These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Sol Rooftop website, reservations, venue visits, events, promotions, bookings, and services.
By using our website, making a reservation, contacting us, attending an event, purchasing a ticket, or visiting Sol Rooftop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, “Sol Rooftop”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Sol Rooftop, operating at Pantai Pererenan, Bali, Indonesia.

1. GENERAL TERMS
Sol Rooftop provides hospitality, food and beverage, event, reservation, and guest services.
All guests are expected to use our website, booking channels, venue, and services in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page with the updated date shown at the top.
2. RESERVATIONS AND SEATING
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation from Sol Rooftop or from one of our approved booking platforms or communication channels.
When making a reservation, you may be asked to provide accurate details, including your name, contact information, date, time, number of guests, seating preference, and any special requests.
When booking through our website or through a third-party booking platform used by Sol Rooftop, seating is assigned according to the section booked and the available space within that section.
Specific tables, pool beds, sofas, or exact seating positions are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
Sol Rooftop may contact you by email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels to confirm, update, or manage your reservation.
3. ARRIVAL TIME AND LATE ARRIVALS
Guests are expected to arrive on time for their reservation.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Sol Rooftop holds reservations for up to 15 minutes after the confirmed reservation time. After this period, Sol Rooftop may release, adjust, or reassign the reservation, especially during busy periods, events, sunset hours, or high-demand seating times.
4. CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
Reservation changes are subject to availability.
If you need to change the date, time, number of guests, or seating preference, please contact us as early as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee availability.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us as early as possible.
No-shows and late cancellations may affect future reservation availability or booking conditions.
Where a deposit, prepayment, minimum spend, or specific cancellation policy applies, this will be communicated at the time of booking or through the relevant booking platform.
6. MINIMUM SPEND AND SEATING CONDITIONS
A minimum spend of IDR 200,000++ per person applies Wednesday to Sunday from 2 PM onwards on selected seatings.
Selected seatings, seating categories, and applicable conditions may vary depending on the date, time, group size, event, and operational requirements.
More information about seating categories and applicable minimum spend conditions will be shown during the reservation process or communicated by our team before or at the time of booking.
Minimum spend conditions may be subject to tax and service charge unless stated otherwise.
7. PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, AND REFUNDS
Sol Rooftop may require payment, deposit, prepayment, or card details for certain reservations, events, group bookings, or special experiences.
Payment terms, deposit conditions, and refund conditions may vary depending on the type of booking, event, offer, or third-party platform used.
Where payment is made through a third-party platform, the payment may also be subject to that platform’s own terms and conditions.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the terms communicated at the time of booking or purchase.
8. EVENTS, TICKETS, AND THIRD-PARTY EVENT PLATFORMS
Sol Rooftop may host regular events, special events, private events, ticketed events, and promotional activations.
Event access may be subject to capacity, guest list, ticket purchase, reservation confirmation, dress code, age requirements, security checks, or other operational conditions.
Ticketing conditions may vary depending on the event. For some events, tickets may be managed directly by Sol Rooftop. For other events, tickets may be managed by third-party event partners, ticketing platforms, promoters, or organizers.
Where tickets are sold or managed through a third-party platform or partner, the ticket purchase, refund conditions, transfer rules, cancellation policy, and access conditions may also be subject to that third party’s own terms and conditions.
Sol Rooftop may not be responsible for ticketing terms, refund decisions, payment processing, or platform issues where these are managed by a third-party event partner or ticketing provider.
Sol Rooftop may change event details, including lineup, schedule, format, opening hours, seating arrangements, or access conditions where required for operational, safety, weather, legal, or other valid reasons.
9. VENUE ACCESS AND RIGHT OF ENTRY
Sol Rooftop reserves the right to refuse entry or request a guest to leave where necessary for safety, security, legal, operational, or guest experience reasons.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Aggressive or disrespectful behaviour
- Intoxication or unsafe conduct
- Harassment of guests or staff
- Damage to property
- Failure to follow venue rules
- Failure to comply with legal or security requirements
- Behaviour that may affect the safety, comfort, or experience of other guests
10. FOOD, BEVERAGE, AND ALLERGIES
Sol Rooftop serves food and beverages prepared in a venue where allergens may be present.
Guests are responsible for informing our team of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific requirements.
If booking through our reservation platform, guests should include allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific requirements in the booking notes where available.
If booking through WhatsApp, email, social media, third-party platforms, or any other channel, guests should inform our team directly before their visit or before ordering.
We will take reasonable care when handling allergy or dietary requests, but we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Menu items, ingredients, prices, availability, and promotions may change without prior notice.
11. ALCOHOL AND RESPONSIBLE SERVICE
Sol Rooftop serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with applicable Indonesian laws and responsible service standards.
Guests must be of legal drinking age to purchase or consume alcohol. The legal drinking age in Indonesia is 21 years old.
Guests may be asked to provide valid identification where required.
Sol Rooftop reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest where required for legal, safety, operational, or responsible service reasons.
Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly.
12. POOL, VENUE, AND GUEST SAFETY
Guests are responsible for their own safety and for following venue rules, staff instructions, signs, and safety guidance.
Use of the pool, stairs, furniture, wet areas, or other venue facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
Children, where permitted, must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times.
Guests must not behave in a way that may endanger themselves, other guests, staff, or the venue.
13. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings while visiting Sol Rooftop.
Sol Rooftop is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you have lost an item at the venue, please contact us as soon as possible.
14. PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND MARKETING CONTENT
Sol Rooftop hosts events and experiences where photo and video content may be captured for marketing, social media, website content, event recaps, security, or operational purposes.
By visiting Sol Rooftop or attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in crowd photos, event videos, or general venue content.
Where reasonably possible, we respect guest privacy and avoid using identifiable close-up content in a way that would be inappropriate or misleading.

15. COMMERCIAL SHOOTS, CONTENT PRODUCTION, AND DRONES
Commercial photo shoots, video shoots, brand shoots, influencer campaigns, product shoots, professional content production, press shoots, and any other commercial use of the venue must be approved by Sol Rooftop management in advance.
Guests and visitors may take casual personal photos and videos during their visit, provided this does not disturb other guests, staff, operations, events, or the guest experience.
Professional equipment, lighting, tripods, microphones, large cameras, production crews, product placements, wardrobe changes, branded setups, or content created for commercial purposes may require prior approval from management.
Drone use is not permitted at Sol Rooftop without prior approval from management. Any approved drone use must also comply with applicable laws, safety requirements, privacy considerations, and operational conditions.
Sol Rooftop reserves the right to stop or restrict any shoot, content production, or drone activity that has not been approved in advance or that may affect safety, privacy, operations, brand image, or the experience of other guests.
16. WEBSITE USE
The Sol Rooftop website is provided for information, reservations, marketing, event updates, and guest communication.
We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or free from errors.
Website content, including menus, events, prices, images, opening hours, and offers, may change without prior notice.
17. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND LINKS
Sol Rooftop may use third-party platforms for reservations, payments, event ticketing, analytics, advertising, email communication, WhatsApp communication, maps, and website services.
Our website may also contain links to third-party websites or platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, availability, or performance of third-party websites or platforms.
Guests are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party platform they use.
18. PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
Promotions, discounts, events, packages, and special offers are subject to availability and specific conditions.
Offers may be limited to certain dates, times, items, seating areas, booking channels, or guest types.
Sol Rooftop may amend, suspend, or withdraw promotions where necessary for operational, legal, or business reasons.
Promotions cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Sol Rooftop website and official channels, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, design elements, and brand materials, belongs to Sol Rooftop or its content partners, unless otherwise stated.

22. FORCE MAJEURE
Sol Rooftop is not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, closures, or service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These may include, but are not limited to:

- Government restrictions
- Power outages
- Internet or system failures
- Security incidents
